Steak 48’s Corn Crème Brûlée
One Pot Mushroom Spinach Artichoke Pasta
“Simple, flavorful, hearty, and just 25 min from start to finish. And just one single pot! What more do you need?”
Cherry Turnovers
Super Easy Cherry Turnovers are one of the easiest desserts to make and the fastest to disappear!
Strawberry–Black Pepper Syrup
Preserve peak season strawberries by making this aromatic, crimson syrup. The basil adds a lovely herbal note and the slight bitterness of the peppercorns cuts through the sweetness of the syrup.
Strawberry-Almond Cornmeal Cake
“Equal parts fruit crumble and coffee cake, this not-too-sweet dessert starts out bright pink but bakes to a toasty golden brown.”
Peaches & Cream Prosecco Cake
“A dense sponge cake is ideal to soak up plenty of the Prosecco’s boozy goodness.”
Vanilla Sponge Cake with Strawberry-Meringue Buttercream
“Tall and light-as-air, this three-layer chiffon cake is a strawberry lover’s delight. There are three pounds of berries sandwiched between its layers, mixed into the ethereal whipped frosting, and in a sugar-dusted pile on top.”
Orange Creamsicle Cocktail
“It is an easy to make, cool and creamy drink that tastes like the classic popsicle. All you have to do is stir, sip, and enjoy!”
Blueberry Lavender Ice Pops
These lovely floral ice pops are exactly what I will be making to savor the end of summer. Late summer blueberries are plump and sweet and go so nicely with the delicate flavor of the honey. In a pinch (or if you’re craving a bit of summer this winter), you can substitute frozen berries.
One-Pot Cajun Shrimp and Rice
“This One-Pot Cajun Shrimp and Rice recipe is spicy, satisfying and perfect for busy weeknights! Ready to eat in just 30 minutes.”
No-Cook Summer Tomato Sauce
This is the ultimate lazy summer dinner. When cherry and sun gold tomatoes are bursting with flavor, slice them and let sit with olive oil and a touch of vinegar. The sweet juices seep out and make an incredible sauce. This is better the longer you can let it sit, but in a pinch you can marinate the tomatoes while you boil the water and cook the pasta. Toss the drained, hot pasta directly into the bowl with the tomatoes and the residual heat from the noodles will gently cook the tomatoes and garlic. This dish is bright, elegant and effortless.
Jalapeño Watermelon Margaritas
“Fresh, sweet watermelon puree, lime juice, Triple Sec, and jalapeno-infused tequila make these Jalapeno Watermelon Margaritas super summery and delightful.”
Berry and Thyme Cobbler
Apricot, Cherry, and Almond Galette
“Apricots and cherries are two stone fruits that have great affinity for each other and for almonds. Even less than perfect apricots will do here, as they will sweeten and their flavor will deepen as they bake.”
